Hal Miles is an international award winning animation and visual effects film maker and artist who has had an impressive 40 year career in the motion picture, television and amusement park industries directing and producing animation, visual effects and animatronic productions internationally. He has helped to create numerous classic and ground breaking images on many Academy Award winning films such as Titanic, Terminator 2, and The Abyss and help direct and produce sections of the original award winning Disney amusement park attraction Star Tours. Additionally, for  several years he taught and helped to develop the animation and visual effects programs at the Savannah College of Art and Design.

For the past 14 years Hal has been the CEO and Co-founder of the non profit organization the Animation Hall Of Fame, Inc., which he co-founded with his wife Nancy. The Animation Hall Of Fame is an international archival, museum, entertainment, and educational endeavor to permanently honor and showcase the complete history of animation from around the world.
